Since 2012 no one has heard or seen any of the residents of SawasdeeTaweesuk Condo. Tonkao, Mr. Ruj and Ms. Chome have all taking refuge in the basement bunker underneath the Sawasdee condo in fear that the Mayan doomsday prophecy might come true. And since the world didn't get wiped out by an apocalyptic flood the gang of Sawasdee Taweesuk Condo just wants to go about their normal lives again. Unfortunately, while they were hiding underground the condo was torn down to make room for a new Bangkok Metro rail line. Now the gang has no choice but to move into Mr. Ruj last remaining asset, the Sawasdee Taweesuk home.
