After 9 years of working at her childhood summer getaway, Camp Lake, Tish Larson has become the head counselor, finally getting the chance to run things along with her brutally honest best friend Nancy as her right hand. Though her team is populated by a band of outcasts including the cryptic and secretive outdoors-man Niko, earnest but dimwitted Cowboy Tim, loyal and slightly irritating musician Brian, and eccentric bug lover Hank Hank, the team feels confident in passing their annual inspection. Everything is thrown into chaos however when Victoria shows up instead of their usual, much more lenient inspector. Now these six camp workers will need to learn to work together and form a deeper appreciation and understanding of each other if they're going to save the summer.
