Overview

María Alejandra Rivas Cavalier, a young aspiring surgeon with a prestigious family name, joins the highly regarded internship program at Santa María University Hospital. There, alongside a group of new friends and her relationship with renowned surgeon Andrés Guerra, she faces medical and personal challenges that shape her journey.
