Javier Ruán Jaimes (1940–2021) was a Mexican actor, screenwriter, educator, and voice actor with a career spanning more than five decades. Trained in philosophy, pedagogy, and dramatic arts at institutions including the INBA and the Escuela Normal Superior, Ruán combined intellectual rigor with a deep social sensibility.
