Jane Elliot (born January 17, 1947) is an American actress, known for her role as Tracy Quartermaine, a role she has played on General Hospital (1978–80, 1989–93, 1996, 2003–present) and The City (1996–97). Born in New York City, Elliot's first soap role was Tracy Quartermaine, daughter of Edward Quartermaine and Lila Quartermaine (portrayed by David Lewis and Anna Lee, respectively).
