Overview

Zhao Dawei, the son of the village’s richest man, competes with Chen Tianyu, the capital's first secretary, over a pilot project. Their rivalry sparks chaos, but Dawei is inspired to join forces with Tianyu to tackle the village’s poverty and pave the way for a better future.
